Groups are a great way to dip your toe in the Adriana experience.
I keep the numbers small which allows members to still get a little one on one time during sessions (hell ya!). That is still the goal! Personalized solutions - just in a group setting ;)
Deets:
Each Group runs six weeks
Topics chosen by group members
One scheduled topic per week
Sessions are one and a half hours
Average size is 5-12 women (never more than 12!)
Listen to, learn from and support other survivors
Builds great community
