I help people tackle everyday life challenges (whether mental, physical or emotional) that can often seem so overwhelming. Coaching focuses on the present and future, rather than dwelling on the unchangeable past. Keeping true to these ideologies, I co-create an individual plan with you based on your strengths, personality, lifestyle, and goals.
From there, we work together to change perspective, increase options, and strategize realistic ways to make the desired changes. Time with clients is focused, efficient, solution oriented, forward moving and tons of fun!
Each session is approximately 50 minutes long. Please contact for pricing details. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, Venmo and PayPal. Clients can choose to meet over the phone, via Zoom or FaceTime.

We will start with a complimentary (that means free!) casual meeting to determine if we are a good fit. This meeting can be in person or over the phone, depending on your location and preferences (you don't have to live in Portland to receive coaching!).
If we are a good fit (and I hope we are!) then...
We will discuss an initial plan. This plan will be flexible and serve as a guideline for us to follow. It will include topics we will tackle, how often we will meet, means of communication, as well as your and my expectations. If after review, our outline looks good, we will begin as soon as possible.
It is important to understand that during our entire time together, I will expect you to work. "Homework" will be discussed at the end of each session. You are ultimately responsible for your progression; but I promise, it will be well worth it and lots of fun!
